AQUAMARIN.40213

We congratulate the Kunststiftung NRW (Arts Foundation of North Rhine-Westphalia) on the 25th anniversary of its founding

We feel very honoured to have been given the opportunity to create a project – AQUAMARIN.40213 – to mark the occasion.

Working with an ensemble of seven performers, we focus on the theme of water and, in particular, on the role it plays in our everyday urban culture.

We are performing AQUAMARIN.40213 in collaboration with the Internationale Tanzmesse 2014 during the four-day dance festival in Düsseldorf.

Dates
Premiere: 27 August 2014, 3.30 pm
Further performances: 28 / 29 / 30 August 2014, 3.30 pm

Venue
Johannes-Rau-Platz/Apollo-Platz, 40213 Düsseldorf

How to get there
The closest tram station is called "Landtag/Kniebrücke" to be reached with the lines no. 704 and 709.
If you happen to be at the internationale tanzmesse Düsseldorf in the Ehrenhof, you may take a nice walk from the exhibit halls southwards along the river Rhine (upstream, toward the city centre). After appr. 20 minutes you will reach us at the two squares "Apollo"- and "Johannes-Rau-Platz" at a bridge called "Kniebrücke".
